Journal Prompts for overwhelm 🍵

I’m currently sitting by my studio window listening to the sound of rain, playing soft lofi music, self-holding and massaging, drinking tea and taking deeper breaths. These little moments of presence bring me joy. Grab a pen and paper or your journal, here are some journal prompts I’ve written for you to navigate through end of year with more peace and clarity:

› What fills my cup the most? Do more of this…

› Am I at capacity right now? How can I honour this?

› Where is a place I can envision right now where I was my most peaceful? A holiday, an activity, an adventure, a beach, take yourself back to a memory full of joy… what did it feel like, smell like, taste like and look like?

› To create a boundary I will…

› Am I making enough time for rest and replenishment? Am I pausing?

› If not, what’s one small step I can take right now to access and allow more moments of rest?
