How To Do Camel Pose!

How to: Make sure the body is properly warmed up before trying!

  • Come up onto knees with the knees hip distance apart, lifting the hips.

  • Slowly reach one arm behind at a time - right hand meets right heel and left hand meets left heel.

  • Drop the head back as far as comfortable, simultaneously drawing the hips forward

  • You’re in camel pose! Take 3 deep breaths here.

  • Option to extend out through one arm to explore it deeper, balancing on one arm
