Client Progress ~ 10 weeks!
〰️ Sam completed my signature 1:1 Beginner Yoga Program & is now onto her 2nd program with me! This progress is from JUST 1 session a week with me, consistently every single week! We worked together to achieve her goals of flexibility & confidence on the mat - her flexibility significantly improved as well as her energy levels, overall fitness and more
Sam began with me as a complete newbie to yoga & is consistent every single week! We’ve upped her sessions to 2x a week as she now has new goals! Her goals, needs & limitations were all considered to create a tailored yoga experience. Took 2 pics in 2 diff poses, incredible progress and so proud of how far she has come 🙌
Sam treats her practise as an integral part of her week for both her physical & mental health. 60 minutes to herself. Leaving with a fresh, clear mindset each session. She’s always eager to learn each session, soaking it all up!
I was so excited when Sam came into the studio a few weeks in & was entering shapes with such ease & holding them for longer than 3 minutes… I had to capture it! Proud teacher!
