What do your morning practises & rituals look like? πŸ’­

Instead of running to my to do list this morning, I woke up & landed straight into a seated meditation. My body took me there. I needed to shift some heavy energy. I usually enjoy Nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) but decided to switch it up with Kapala bhati ~ an energising, cleansing & invigorating breathwork. Wow.

This breath practise is amazing when you first wake up ~ activating your digestive system by creating heat in the naval centre. At the same time super clearing, creating vitality & oxygenating the body. I finish with some slow ujjayi breathing/pranayam. Heaven

πŸ’—These tools are so life changing & potent ~ always there & available whatever season of life you are in. The practises I teach are the practises & tools I constantly embody & come back to myself. Making my yoga mat my sanctuary β˜οΈπŸ’Œ
